We're back this year at Martial Cottle Park's Fall Festival 2022. Happening on Saturday, Oct. 1 from 9 AM to 2 PM, Fall Festival is Santa Clara County Parks super popular annual fall event, creating an all-ages-friendly (and dog-friendly) beautiful day in a beautiful San José park. We have crafted and curated the Fall Festival maker & artisan market in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019, and each year we see such an incredible crowd of support for our creative small businesses.

APPLICATION PROCESS

  1. Fill out the application form. 
  2. Select a booth type. 
  3. Click add to cart.
  4. Complete the checkout process.
  5. Once submitted, our application jury will review your application and send you an admission status notification within ten (10) business days. If your application is accepted, you will receive further details about vending at the event. If you application is NOT accepted, you will receive a full refund on your booth fee.

 

VENDING - Non-Food/Drink Vendors

  • The cost of your booth will be $59 + 10% of your sales (which will be collected at the conclusion of the event). The check will need to be made out to "San Jose Made".
  • Your booth space will be 10'x10' in size. If you use a canopy, you will have to weigh down all four (4) tent legs or the fire marshal will not allow you to continue vending; so please bring weights for your tent (be it tent weights or jugs of water or lifting weights). You will NOT be able to puncture the ground with any spikes to hold down the tent. 
  • Since this is an outdoor event in a park, your booth will be on grass within Martial Cottle Park. 
  • Vendor parking is free at the event.
  • Vendors will be able to load-in starting at 7 AM on Saturday, Oct. 1. 
  • Vendors will be able to load-out from 2 PM to 4 PM after the event.

VENDING - Non-Food/Drink Vendors - Corner Location

  • The cost of your booth will be $100 + 10% of your sales (which will be collected at the conclusion of the event). The check will need to be made out to "San Jose Made".
  • The cost for a corner booth location 
  • Your booth space will be 10'x10' in size. If you use a canopy, you will have to weigh down all four (4) tent legs or the fire marshal will not allow you to continue vending; so please bring weights for your tent (be it tent weights or jugs of water or lifting weights). You will NOT be able to puncture the ground with any spikes to hold down the tent. 
  • Since this is an outdoor event in a park, your booth will be on grass within Martial Cottle Park. 
  • Vendor parking is free at the event.
  • Vendors will be able to load-in starting at 7 AM on Saturday, Oct. 1. 
  • Vendors will be able to load-out from 2 PM to 4 PM after the event.

  • The cost of your booth will be $99 + 10% of your sales (which will be collected by San José Made). The check will need to be made out to "San Jose Made". The $99 will cover the cost of your Santa Clara County RC1 TFF application.  RC1 means no food prep on-site. If you have any questions, please email info@sanjosemade.com before applying. 
  • If your application to vend is accepted, you will receive a TFF form to fill out and send back before the listed deadline (Aug. 15). 
  • Any RC2 Prepared Food/Drink Vendors should NOT apply to the event. We will be unable to accept your application. 
  • Your booth space will be 10'x10' in size. If you use a canopy, you will have to weigh down all four (4) tent legs or the fire marshal will not allow you to continue vending; so please bring weights for your tent (be it tent weights or jugs of water or lifting weights). You will NOT be able to puncture the ground with any spikes to hold down the tent.
  • Since this is an outdoor event in a park, your booth will be on grass within Martial Cottle Park. You'll likely need a tarp or ground cover for your booth in order to comply with Santa Clara County Health Department's Temporary Food Facility regulations for outdoor events on grass.  If you have any questions, please email info@sanjosemade.com before applying. 
  • Vendor parking is free at the event.
  • Vendors will be able to load-in starting at 7 AM on Saturday, Oct. 1.
  • Vendors will be able to load-out from 2 PM to 4 PM after the event.

  • The cost of your booth will be $140 + 10% of your sales (which will be collected by San José Made). The check will need to be made out to "San Jose Made". $99 of that base fee will cover the cost of your Santa Clara County RC1 TFF application.   RC1 means no food prep on-site. If you have any questions, please email info@sanjosemade.com before applying.

REFUND POLICY

  • If you notify us at least forty-five (45) days from the event date, you will be eligible for a full refund on your fee.
  • If you notify us at least twenty-one (21) days from the event date, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of your fee.
  • If you notify us within twenty-one (21) days, you will NOT be eligible for any refund on your fee.

If your application to vend is NOT accepted, we will process a full refund of your fee upon sending you the notification email. 

TERMS

SAFETY: Participant will act with the highest regard for the safety of the attendees and other participants of the Event, and will adhere to all laws, policies, rules, and regulations applicable to the goods and/or activities of Participant, including obtaining all licenses, permits, and approvals that may be required to enable Participant to conduct its activities at the Event and fulfill its obligations under this Agreement.

LIABILITY: San José Made will not be responsible for any loss or damage to Participant’s property, injury to, or death of the Participant (or its agents, employees, and/or personnel), or Participant sales. Participant expressly assumes all risks of loss, damage, liability, injury, or destruction resulting from any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to acts or omissions by Participant, and hereby releases and waives any claims against San José Made related to such loss, damage, liability, injury, and/or destruction. 

INSURANCE: Participant represents that it has, or will have at the time of the Event, appropriate insurance to cover liability for the types of activities Participant will conduct at the Event. Participant covenants to be fully responsible for any of its liabilities, actions, or omissions, and will indemnify, defend, and hold San José Made (and its officers, employees, agents, vendors, affiliates, and representatives) harmless against any claims related to Participant’s liabilities, actions, or omissions.
