San Jose Made, its sister company Moveable Feast and local race producer Represent Running have partnered to create the Silicon Valley Food Truck 5k and Silicon Valley 10K Festival. We'll be getting the party going with food trucks, live music, makers and beer & wine garden. 

Benefitting ALearn Silicon Valley Education Foundation, the Food Truck 5k kicks off the inaugural Silicon Valley Half weekend Saturday afternoon, April 14th, at Arena Green in downtown San Jose.

Admission to the festival is free and you can get special sale prices on the 5k run/walk or Sunday’s 10k and half marathon. Use the discount code FEAST at checkout. Maximize your savings and sign up before prices increase Tuesday night.

Apply to Exhibit

We're expecting over 5,000 people in attendance over the course of this fun-filled weekend. We're looking to accept 15 exhibitors for this event. While it's not a typical maker retail event, we believe the sheer volume of attendees plus the super fun festival atmosphere should produce successful retail experiences.

Application Deadline: Apr. 11 at 11:59 PM PST. Admissions for this event are rolling. We'll respond to an application within five business days of receiving them. 

Booth Fee: $99 for a 10'x10' booth space. Each application comes with a $2 non-refundable application fee.

We will only be accepting 15 exhibitors for this event so we expect the jurying of applications to be competitive. If you are not accepted, please do not let this deter you from applying to future events of ours! 

We will NOT be accepting any food/drink makers.

Exhibitors must bring their own table(s), chairs and canopy (along with sufficient weights to weigh down the canopy). If you do not have access to a 10'x10' canopy, let us know in the comments section of your application.

Exhibitor load-in, parking and load-out details will be sent one week prior to the event. Load-in on Friday, Apr. 13 afternoon and evening will be available.

2. Fill out the form. Once you're finished, click the "Add to Cart" button at the bottom of the form.

3. You'll be taken back to this page. 

4. You must pay for the extra vendor amenities here. To pay, find the Shopping Cart icon*.

*If you're applying via desktop or laptop, scroll up and click on the Shopping Cart icon in the top-right corner of the screen. If you're applying via mobile or tablet, a Shopping Cart icon should appear at the bottom of your screen. 

5. After clicking the Shopping Cart icon, you'll be taken to a Checkout page. Follow the instructions from there until you have successfully submitted your payment. You'll receive a confirmation in your email if the payment has gone through successfully.

Refund Policy

If you need to withdraw from the event, your booth fee is fully refundable until Apr. 1, 2018 at 11:59 PM PST. For all refunds, processing times may apply. No refunds will be issued after that. We completely understand how last-minute occurrences can affect one's ability to participate in an event. However, we are always aiming to have full markets and any vendors dropping out at the last minute negatively affects our ability to find replacement vendors and consequently, negatively affects the quality of the market. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related issues.
